Delivery
When ordering, you can choose the delivery method that is most convenient for you, the exact delivery price will be indicated in the payment section.
Pick-up in Vilnius. You can pick up your goods in Vilnius at Pylimo g. 36/2, after you have received confirmation that it is ready (up to 3 working days)
Delivery to other countries is by separate agreement and the price depends on the delivery method chosen. Returns
The Buyer may deliver the returned goods himself at Pylimo 36/2, Vilnius, in the Malonios smulkmenos shop or send them by courier, with the Buyer paying the return costs. You can return faulty goods free of charge.
Our refund and return policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, we cannot give you a refund or replacement.
To be eligible for return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Gift cards are non-returnable goods.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If the Seller proves that the defects in the goods are due to the Buyer's breach of the rules of use or storage of the goods, the goods shall not be replaced, the defects shall not be rectified and no refund shall be given.
In the event of a dispute regarding changes in the appearance of the goods or damage to the goods, the Seller must contact the State Non-Food Inspectorate in writing and notify the Buyer immediately upon receipt of its written findings.
The buyer's request for the replacement of the goods purchased with similar goods or for a refund shall not be granted in respect of the purchase of precious stones, precious metals and articles thereof, other than imitation jewellery (Combined Nomenclature code 71.00, except 71.17)
Complaints about damage to the parcel during delivery must be made to the post office that delivered the parcel. Such goods cannot be returned unless the damage to the parcel is due to obvious defective packaging.
Money back policy
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your return. We will also inform you of the acceptance or rejection of your refund.
If you accept the repayment, your repayment will be processed and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Refunds overdue or not received.
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially transferred.
Then contact your bank. It often takes some time before the refund is credited.

Changes
We will only replace goods if they are faulty or damaged. If you would like to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at universalux@gmail.com and send the product to Pylimo 36/2, Vilnius.
Return of parcels
To return the product, you should send the product to the following address.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a tracking service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
